HX777 Terms and Conditions – Rules, Policies & Player Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to HX777. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and HX777 ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our"). By accessing the HX777 website at hx777.ws, creating an account, making a deposit, or using any game or service offered on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration

4. Deposits & Payments

HX777 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all denominated in PKR:

All funds deposited into your HX777 account must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name. HX777 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as coming from a source not belonging to the account holder will be reversed and the account flagged for review.

HX777 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply transaction charges on their end. These are beyond the control of HX777 and the platform cannot be held responsible for them.

5. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your HX777 account balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out below:

• The minimum withdrawal amount at HX777 is Rs 500 for mobile wallet methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) and Rs 1,000 for bank transfers and card withdrawals.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same method and account used for your most recent deposit. HX777 reserves the right to require this match as part of standard anti-money-laundering procedures.
• Any active bonus balance must be either fully wagered or forfeited before a withdrawal can be processed. Attempting to withdraw real-money funds while a bonus is active will result in the bonus balance being removed first.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal of Rs 25,000 or above will be processed. HX777 may request KYC documentation at any time regardless of withdrawal amount.
• Mobile wallet withdrawals (Easypaisa, JazzCash) are typically processed within 30 minutes during business hours. Bank transfers may take up to 2 business days. HX777 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

HX777 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, jackpot wins above Rs 50,00,000 may be paid in structured instalments. In such cases, the HX777 support team will contact the winning player directly to arrange the payment schedule.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

HX777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are displayed at the point of offer. These general Terms govern bonuses where no specific terms are provided.

Key principles that apply to all HX777 bonuses:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds at HX777 must be wagered a specified number of times before they – or any winnings derived from them – can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement is stated in the bonus offer. The standard wagering requirement unless otherwise stated is 30x the bonus amount.
• Time limits: Bonuses must be claimed and wagered within the time period specified. Unclaimed or un-wagered bonuses will be removed from your HX777 account after the expiry date without notice.
• Game contributions: Not all games at HX777 contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute 10%, and certain jackpot games may contribute less. Specific contribution rates are stated in individual bonus terms.
• One bonus at a time: HX777 does not allow stacking of bonuses. You may only hold one active bonus at any time. If you deposit while a bonus is active, the deposit will be credited without a new bonus unless the active bonus is forfeited first.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on HX777 and will result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all pending withdrawals, and permanent ban from the platform:

• Creating more than one account at HX777 in your own name or through any other means
• Providing false identity information at any point during registration or verification
• Using another person's payment method, credit card, or bank account to fund your HX777 account
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, live dealer, or sports betting market
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games or place bets on HX777
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or miscalculated odds on the HX777 platform
• Engaging in any form of money laundering through the HX777 platform

9. Identity Verification (KYC)

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be unable to log in, deposit, play, or withdraw until the investigation is concluded. Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) may be returned to the player at HX777's discretion, minus any costs of investigation or amounts recovered from identified fraudulent activity.

12. Limitation of Liability
