Creating your HX777 account is completely free and takes under two minutes. Visit hx777.ws/register, fill in your full name, email address, Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and city, then choose a strong password. Submit the form, click the verification link sent to your email, and your account is ready. If the email doesn't arrive within two minutes, check your spam folder or use the "Resend Verification" option inside the registration page.
No. HX777 enforces a strict one-account-per-player policy. Creating duplicate accounts – even with a different email or phone number – is a breach of our Terms and Conditions. All duplicate accounts will be permanently closed and any bonus funds forfeited. If you think you may have accidentally created a second account, contact support@hx777.ws as soon as possible to have it resolved before it affects your main account.
You must be 18 years of age or older to register and play on HX777. This is a non-negotiable requirement. Age is verified during the KYC process and any account confirmed to belong to a person under 18 is closed immediately. Any real-money deposits are returned to the payment method used.
Log in to your HX777 account and go to Account Settings. From there you can update your display name, contact preferences, and change your password. Changing your registered email address or mobile number requires identity verification – contact support@hx777.ws to initiate the process. No documents are needed to register or make deposits. KYC (Know Your Customer) is only triggered when you request a withdrawal above Rs 25,000. To permanently close your HX777 account, contact support@hx777.ws from the email address registered on your account. State clearly that you want a permanent account closure. Any real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method before the account is deactivated. Note that self-exclusion (available from your Responsible Gaming settings) is an alternative if you want to stop playing temporarily rather than permanently.
Deposits & Payments

The minimum deposit on HX777 is Rs 500 for mobile wallet methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay). Bank transfer (IBFT) and card deposits may have a slightly higher minimum of Rs 1,000. Maximum single deposit limits vary by payment method – contact support if you need to deposit a large amount and want to confirm the current limits.
HX777 accepts the following Pakistan-friendly payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed in PKR. HX777 does not accept cryptocurrency at this time. We do not accept deposits from third-party accounts – your payment method must be registered in your own name.
First, confirm with your mobile wallet or bank that the payment was actually debited. If money left your account but has not appeared in HX777 within 30 minutes (for wallets) or 3 hours (for IBFT), contact support@hx777.ws with your transaction reference number, the date and time, and the exact amount. Our payments team will trace the deposit and credit it manually if confirmed. Screenshots of your wallet transaction are helpful.
HX777 does not charge any deposit fees. The full amount you send is credited to your gaming account. Your payment provider (Easypaisa, JazzCash, your bank) may apply their own transaction fees on their end – check with them directly. HX777 has no control over third-party fees and they are not passed on to your account balance.
Withdrawals
Log in to your HX777 account, go to Cashier, and select "Withdraw". Choose your withdrawal method (it must match one of your registered payment accounts), enter the amount in PKR, and confirm the request. Withdrawal requests submitted before 5 PM Pakistan Standard Time on a business day are typically processed the same day. Requests submitted after 5 PM or on weekends are processed the next business day.
Processing times at HX777 depend on your withdrawal method. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically land in your wallet within 1–4 hours of approval. NayaPay and SadaPay are similarly fast. Bank transfers (IBFT) can take up to one business day once approved. Card withdrawals take 2–5 business days depending on your issuing bank. If your withdrawal has been in "processing" status for more than 24 hours without resolution, contact support.
The minimum withdrawal at HX777 is Rs 1,000. There is no upper limit on withdrawals, though very large amounts (above Rs 500,000) may be split across multiple transactions for processing reasons. All withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name – third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
Withdrawals at HX777 may be declined for one of several reasons: pending KYC verification (required for amounts above Rs 25,000), incomplete wagering requirements on active bonuses, a mismatch between your registered payment details and the destination account, or a security review triggered by unusual account activity. The welcome bonus is credited as bonus funds and is subject to a wagering requirement, which is clearly stated at the time of the offer. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
A wagering requirement (also called a rollover or playthrough) means you must bet your bonus funds a certain number of times before the resulting winnings become withdrawable. For example, if you receive a Rs 5,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement, you need to place a total of Rs 100,000 in bets using those bonus funds before withdrawing. Enter your promo or referral code in the "Promo / Referral Code" field on the registration form before submitting.
